‘Máiréad Collins has visited Lebanon and seen for herself the impact Christian Aid’s work is having on refugees from the devastating conflict in Syria. Christian Aid was set up after World War II to help displaced people in Europe. Since then – and thanks to generations of supporters – we’ve been there for many of the world’s poorest and most marginalised communities as they’ve struggled against adversity.
